Facade surface cleaner

SPECIALCLEM facade cleaner is an active foam-based cleaning agent, ideal for cleaning all types of plaster and facades. Perfectly suitable for acrylic, silicate, silicone plasters, as well as concrete, brick, clinker, sandstone, limestone, granite and other mineral coatings. Safe to use – free of strong acids, making it suitable for both professional service providers and ordinary household users. Effectively removes dark deposits, plant deposits, bird droppings, black leaks and other dirt formed during daily use, renews the appearance of building and fence facades. Can be used manually, with high-pressure equipment and cleaning machines. Unlike acidic preparations, this product is safe for surfaces and plants, biodegradable, and free of harmful solvents.

AREAS OF USE: Intended for cleaning thin decorative plasters (acrylic, mineral, silicate, silicone). Suitable for paving stones, concrete and ceramic tiles, plastic, clinker, facade decoration elements, bricks and glass. Can be used both outdoors and indoors – a universal solution for various surfaces.

PRODUCT EFFICIENCY: 1 liter of cleaner is enough to clean 10–20 m² of clean area.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Use safety glasses and gloves. Apply to a damp surface. Test in a less visible area first. Do not use on aluminum. Surfaces that are not to be cleaned must be protected from contact with the cleaner.

CLEANER DILUTION: Depending on the level of contamination, use concentrate or dilute up to 1:10.

GARDEN SPRAYER: Dilute 1:1 with water. Spray onto the surface. Do not let the cleaner dry out – if the cleaner starts to dry out, moisten it with water. Hold for 5-10 minutes. Scrub particularly dirty areas with a brush, then rinse with high-pressure water.

FOAMER EQUIPMENT: Use concentrate. Apply foam. Do not let the foam dry out. After application, leave for 5-10 minutes. Scrub particularly dirty areas with a brush, then rinse with high pressure water. After cleaning, it is recommended to impregnate the facade to protect it from dirt, grime, moss, and moisture absorption.
