About this product

SPECIALCHEM Impregnant for architectural concrete is an innovative, nanotechnology-based product designed for the protection of colorless, high-density, smooth concrete surfaces. The preparation effectively impregnates and strongly hydrophobizes higher-class concrete surfaces, i.e. C25, C30, C35. When using this impregnator, water and other contaminants do not penetrate the interior of the concrete, therefore they do not cause corrosion. Silane nanoparticles guarantee that after impregnation, the concrete will remain vapor-permeable – the pores do not clog, the surface does not become covered with grease, and the product does not inhibit the diffusion of vapors or gases.
Application methods: low pressure sprayer (HVLP or garden sprayer), roller, brush, dipping

SURFACES: Granite, sandstone, basalt, limestone, marble, travertine, slate, quartzite, porphyry, andesite, dolomite, syenite, gabbro, slate quartzite, granitoidite, serpentinite, quartzite agglomerate, fieldstone, granite cube, decorative stone.
EFFICIENCY: 1 liter of concentrate is enough to clean 10-20 m² of surface (depending on the method of use and degree of contamination).

APPLICATION:
Ideal for smooth, vibrated and low-water-absorbing concrete: architectural concrete, driveways, facades, paving tiles, flower pots, fences and other concrete products.

Product efficiency: 6–12 m²/l depending on the application method and the absorbency of the concrete.

Areas of application: Architectural concrete is becoming increasingly popular in residential, industrial and public buildings. To ensure its durability and aesthetics, it is recommended to use impregnation products. Product information

User instructions:

Apply only at positive temperatures on a clean and dry surface.

Plan the application, so that there’s no rain for a minimum period of 3 hours after the coating process.

Always test in an inconspicuous area first, in a small area.
Protect plants, glass and steel.
Apply only as much as the concrete can absorb – spread the excess with a brush or remove with a clean, dry cloth.
Leave the surface to dry.

NOTE: Use 1-2 coats, apply the second coat only using the “wet-on-wet” technique (apply the second coat before the first coat is completely dry). After finishing work, rinse the tools under running water.
