This product is developed based on the latest technology advancements in the chemical industry. Using a specially developed formula, the surface is covered with strong silane nano particles, which prevent the accumulation of burn deposits and soot on the surface. Nano coating features high resistance to heat and friction, hence providing long term protection (up to 6 months) Surfaces covered with this product become extremely easy to clean – to clean the soot and burn deposits, only a damp cotton cloth and a simple degreasing cleaner is enough. Aggressive chemicals become irrelevant.
Product usage:
Before using this nano coating kit, make sure that the surface you intend to coat is completely dry, fully clean and free of any oil or grease. If surface is dirty (covered with soot, grime, dirt, residues of oil or grease), first and foremost please clean the surface using conventional methods (we recommend using Nano Care Glass Scrubber).
I. STEP – DEGREASING
1. Open the left side of the aluminum bag, and take the cloth.
2. By using the cloth, thorouhgly clean (degrease) the surface.
3. Wait for 30-60 seconds, until suface completely dries out.
II. STEP – COATING PROCESS
1. Open the right side of aluminum bag, and remove the cloth.
2. By using vertical, overlapping strokes, thoroughly polish the surface using the cloth, clean the surface as long as the cloth is damp.
3. After the coating cloth becomes dry, take a dry paper towel and thoroughly polish the surface.
Product volume:
cleaning cloth soaked with 8 ml of degreaser and coating cloth soaked with 8 ml nano coating
Efficiency:
8-12 ml/m2
Attention:
for minimum period of 2 hours (we recommend 10-12 val.) surface must be clean, dry, untouched, and protected from water and dirt. In order to clean the coated surface, we recommend using dampened microfiber cloths. If product gets in eyes or mouth, wash with large amounts of clean water.
